3. Directory Listings & Subscriptions

3.1 Paid Listings

Payments for directory listings (including premium or featured listings) are generally non-refundable, as they provide immediate access to:

  • Exposure on the platform
  • Listing visibility and marketing benefits

However, a refund may be considered if:

  • Your listing was not published within a reasonable timeframe
  • There was a technical error preventing your listing from being displayed
  • The service provided was materially different from what was advertised

3.2 Subscription Plans (if applicable)

If your listing is part of a subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time
  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • No refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

4. Advertising & Featured Placements

Payments for advertising services (including featured listings, banner ads, or promotions) are non-refundable once:

  • The campaign has started
  • The listing has been published

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The advertisement was not delivered as agreed
  • There was a significant platform error affecting visibility

We do not guarantee:

  • Leads
  • Enquiries
  • Sales outcomes

5. Digital Products & Services (if applicable)

For any digital products (e.g., guides, templates, downloads):

  • All sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is defective or inaccessible
  • The product is significantly different from what was described

6. Affiliate Products & Third-Party Services

Aussie RV Hub may promote third-party products or services.

  • Refunds for these purchases are handled by the third-party provider, not Aussie RV Hub
  • We are not responsible for refund decisions made by external companies
